Two day hike on Mount Kilimanjaro : This two-day hike up the famous Mount Kilimanjaro is perfect for those wanting to experience Mount Kili without going to the top. Following the Marangu route this hike takes you 4 – 6 hours up to the Mandara Huts on the first day and 3 – 4 hours up to Horombo on day 2. You pass through jungles and rocky landscapes, see Kibo on clear days and enjoy amazing views in general. From Horombo back down to the Marangu gate takes another 5 – 6 hours, so make sure you wear proper hiking boots!
Day 1 :
On the Day 1 of 2 Kilimanjaro climbing, Our driver will get you up from the lodge after breakfast and take you to the office for a briefing and gear check. After that, drive to the entrance to Kilimanjaro National Park (45 minutes from Moshi and 2.45Hrs from Arusha).
You can register and start the climb from this location. You will 2 Days Kilimanjaro climbing trek through the jungle with your guide to reach the Mandara camp. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to see the black and white colobus monkeys scurrying through the dense forest. You will arrive at your destination for the day after traveling for about 3 to 4 hours. Following a well-deserved break, your guide will drive you to the Maundi Crater, where you can take in the stunning views of Kenya. Meal in the evening and a night spent at Mandara Hut.

Day 2 :
On the Day 2 of 2 Days Kilimanjaro hiking, Following an uphill trail, we will leave the glades of the rainforest and head toward the open moorlands and the Horombo camp. Kibo and Mawenzi’s breathtaking sights will be on display for us. Look for enormous lobelias and groundsels as we pass through the Alpine Zone of the mountain. Drive back to Moshi after lunch at Mandara after 2 Days Kilimanjaro hiking hiking back to the park’s entrance (about 1 hour)
