Day 1: Arrival at Mwanza Airport

 

Our guide will meet you when you arrive at Mwanza Airport and take you to your accommodation. A briefing and introduction to your safari will be given to you. The stunning lake, the rock formations, and the good weather are the main attractions of Mwanza. You will have time to explore important locations such as Lake Victoria, Bismark Rock, and Mwanza City if you arrive early and are picked up on time. Additionally, you can take in the city setting and the banquet until lunchtime. Additionally, until the evening before you head back to your hotel, you will have the chance to shop for regional and cultural goods if you are interested.

 

Day 2: Game drive in Serengeti National Park

 

Meet our guide, who speaks English, when you wake up at 6:00am. After that, we’ll drive straight to the park entrance gate on the west side. Savor an entire day of game driving in the vast Serengeti wilderness. In Tanzania, you will witness the Great Wildebeest Migration, one of the Ten Wonders of the Natural World. This event, along with the opportunity to see the Big Five, big cats, and other resident animals, is available if you plan your trip for June through September. Animals such as lions, elephants, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeests, giraffes, hippos, elands, wild dogs, gazelles, crocodiles, and numerous birds can be found in the Serengeti National Park. Over the course of the day, you might also be able to get close-up shots of the endangered oribi antelope. We will continue our game drive after lunch at a picnic area, returning to Mwanza for dinner and an overnight stay in order to get ready for our exploration of Lake Victoria the next day.

 

Day 3: Hiking Saanane island National park and Boating on Lake Victoria

 

You will be picked up and driven to the Saanane Island National Park entrance gate after breakfast in the morning. From there, you will take a quick boat ride to the island, which takes ten to fifteen minutes. This park is the only national park inside the city limits and is situated on an island in Lake Victoria. Imma, zebra, wildebeest, rock hyrax, monkeys, dik-dik, otters, enclosed lions, crocodiles, peacocks, reed beds, and a variety of native and exotic species can all be seen while hiking. There are also stunning views of the lake, islands, and rest areas.

Following lunch, you will be driven to Bismark Rock, where you can spend two to three hours watching local fishermen and taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Victoria from a magical cruise. You will receive snacks and soft drinks while on the cruise. Lastly, if the weather permits, you will be driven to the airport for departure after taking in a breathtaking sunset.
